It was amazing when I think about it now. I hate hate calling people, terrified I'm asking stupid questions or being a pain, and I work myself up. I rung and was put theough to someone who was very apologetic and said they'd have to transfer me to someone else as they didn't know how to help (with my internet, not me 😉) and then while I was on hold I started panicking, and I wanted to hang up, but I knew I'd still have call back... the guy that answered took all my details and the problem, and asked if I'd prefer if he had a look and called me back in a bit.
Afterwards I got an email asking for feedback (they send one everytime you speak to customer service) and I usually just ignore it, but I filled it out and said how brilliant he was. It was just amazing for me, to have someone not react negatively to me panicking, and not make a big deal about it.
