I woke up early this morning @Former-Member ..... mr. f&h gets up at 4am and it disturbs me then too ...... but I drifted off to sleep again and slept in till 9am ..... good, cos I obviously need it.

Have taken refuge in the coffee shop now ..... don’t want to go home ..... will have to tho. D3 is unwell this morning and hasn’t eaten anything. I am still in a carer role to all of them.
