Yeah, you're right @Snowie it seems like something is really off, considering the reception staff haven't followed it up either! They should also be on top of the schedule, I actually worked as a psych receptionist for a while and that was a really important aspect of the job so it's both confusing and super frustrating to hear about this. 

I do agree with @Bow about contacting them if you're able. You shouldn't need to do it, but maybe some wires have been crossed and unfortunately it's resulted in this situation

Is there something that would help with your thoughts at the moment, maybe to slow them down a bit or stop them from escalating?
