Two trips being planned @Snowie The first is on the train to Longreach and next year a river cruise in Europe.

 

You were brave to be honest with a new psych and she sounds very committed to your wellbeing. I can understand you not wanting mh triage involvement.

 

I cancelled my pdoc this week as I just want to unwind from my time away before getting back into my mh mess.
