Hi @BlueBay. I know you don't find anything I say very helpful but I just wanted to say I understand your pain right now with your psychologist and the abandonment issues. It hurts soo much. Please stay strong. You have so much to live for but I know you can't see it right now. Take care 💜💐💜💐💜

Hey @BlueBay, dont stress about those psychs, ive found a lot of them to b controlling and arrogant myself..not to mention profesionally negligent..

@sagirl This happened to me last year for slightly different reasons but essentially the same reason in that my psychologist didn't feel like she could work with me any longer. I felt devastated. Please do all the self care things you need to get through this pain. I know it's easier said than done. Thinking of you💜💐

A walk sounds like a very good idea.  Keeping up your self-care is essential to your well-being @BlueBay, and the well-being of your family ....

For a relationship with a therapist to work, you npbed a few essential ingredients.   You have to be able to get along with your therapist, but also respect their advice and treatment ..... I am guessing that in seeking other avenues around him, he is not feeling as though you can settle under his advice.

Maybe this is a turning point for you ..... if something is not working for you here perhaps you can try someone else, but even that new person will expect you to be able to settle under their care and follow their advice for you ....

You have learned a lot of strategies that you can apply for yourself .... the classes while you were in hospital ....

Perhaps use this time to practice and consolidate what you have been learning ... ? 💕

I am feeling yuk, sore , and  tired and arggggggggg

we worked until 12 and then a doctor`s appoinment and then we went food shopping for mum and ourselves , got home at 4 pm
